What are best destinations for beach rest?
A very popular place for a beach holiday is Kaspiysk. The seaside town is located next to the airport, the best place for a summer vacation, when you want to lie on the beach and go to the mountains, is located 15 minutes from Makhachkala. There are well-equipped beaches, a five-kilometer-long promenade, water parks and a well-developed urban infrastructure. You will definitely have something to do here besides swimming in the Caspian Sea. It is most convenient to travel from Kaspiysk both on excursions to the mountains, bypassing the noisy Makhachkala, and to Derbent.
You can also stay in Derbent, it has a variety of attractive beach rest spots nearby such as Ogni or Hazar. The city itself is historically and architecturally worthy of staying here for 2-3 days.
The cleanest beach in the Izberbash area, but if you want to take some time in the evening, there’s not much to do here.
Look for cottages in the Karaman-2 area, there is a wide choice of places to stay, it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the capital.
